Wildflower Workshop

Happy Friday!

It is October 23 and it’s snowing.

While I’m not super impressed with it,  I am enjoying a giant mug of tea and some newborn baby cuddles! The cool weather is definitely making me want some summer sun back again, so I’ll just have to share some of my favourite images from the Wildflower Workshop with you!

Wait, what is this workshop?

WELL let me tell you!

On August 29th Jess, Ashley (Opal and Oak Occasions) and I planned an educational and portfolio-building experience for all levels of photographers to attend. This workshop was jam-packed with beautiful editorials, networking opportunities and unique Alberta based wedding vendors!

Why is this important?

This gave all the photographers who came the opportunity to shoot and direct creatively and the ability to try something completely new for them!

If a workshop like this is something you would be interested in attending, you’re in luck!

On November 29th in Calgary, we are hosting a sequel to this event, Lovingly titled “The Magic of Christmas”. Be still my Christmas adoring heart! You can read more about that event here! (ps. there are only NINE tickets left!) We are also offering 25% off for THIS WEEKEND ONLY with promo code FLASHSALE

Roll the Credits

We were so lucky to have our workshop take place at The Red Tin Barn, It is such a gorgeous wedding ceremony locations that I definitely recommend you check out if you’re looking for a wedding ceremony venue.

When Danielle rolled in with her Prohibition Pickup, I think all of our jaws DROPPED. The mint colour with beer taps makes The Bottled Bronco such a one of a kind addition to any celebration.

The florals we had were created by Stemistry Floral Design Co. and they were just so lovely!

A beautiful custom wedding gown was sent from Enchanted Ever After Bridal  and the cute summer dress was provided by Bee & Key boutique.

Our absolutely stunning tablescape is from Modern Luxe Rentals.

The Peacock chairs, pampas grass, boho carpet copper arch, and the pink velvet chair were provided by Birch n Bloom.

Finally, The desserts table was freshly baked (and 110% VEGAN) from Sweetpea Cafe
